RMLV Training
We offer face-to-face RMLV training across the Far North Queensland, North Queensland and the Mackay and Whitsunday Regions. Our face-to-face sessions run monthly – quarterly and bookings are essential as numbers are limited. We do offer remote training sessions via Zoom upon request. See our locations below.
About the Course
Responsible Management of Licenses Venues (RMLV) training is mandatory for liquor licensees (if individuals), approved managers and some permit holders. To apply to become an Approved Manager, individuals must complete RMLV training with an approved RMLV trainer.
We work in accordance with StudyMix RTO to provide our students with quality accredited training. StudyMix RTO is a Registered Training Organisation approved by the Queensland Government to issue RMLV certificates. Paul has 15 years’ experience as an approved RMLV trainer and 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry.
What to expect
RMLV training is a day long face-to-face course designed to teach you the required knowledge work as an Approved Manager in venues in Queensland. Our courses are small and interactive to ensure our students have a good understanding of legislation requirements and the correct procedures to make them successful managers.
This course covers: Legislation and Complying with the Liquor Act, Harm Minimisation, Maintaining a Safe Environment, Staff Training, Incident Management and Incident Prevention
